Dear partners of the Louis-Riel Dome,
We are pleased to confirm that activities at the Louis-Riel Dome have resumed for all of our students. As for community access to the dome, this will be available at a later date, once the track has been completed. This work will be carried out during the summer of 2026. We will keep you informed of developments and the reopening date as soon as it is known.
Additionally, we would like to inform you that management of the dome will be entrusted to TMSI, an Ottawa-based company specializing in sports facility management.
This agreement between the CEPEO and TMSI marks the first step in a partnership that will maximize community access to the activities offered at the dome. This partnership will aim, in particular, to enhance the offering of sports-study programs, summer camps, and after-school programs, both at Louis-Riel Public High School and at CEPEO schools. Discussions are underway to ensure that the CEPEO community can take advantage of all of TMSI’s facilities, which include four multisport domes and several golf courses.
Rest assured that the CEPEO and management will ensure a smooth and efficient transition to minimize the impact on our activities. Please note that this will not affect access to the dome, which remains the property of the CEPEO.

The Dome @ Louis Riel offers: a multidisciplinary sports field of 105 x 48 m with high-quality artificial grass that can be divided into three fields of 35 x 48 m; a 400 m track with a coating in « Mondo »; including six lanes 120m; and including designated areas for jumping, four locker rooms, and free parking for 270 cars.

We wish to inform you of an important decision regarding the Dome Louis-Riel of our school.
After a thorough evaluation of the damage caused by the snowstorm last February, we regret to announce that the Dome will not be reopened for the 2024-2025 school year.
That being said, the CEPEO has planned a complete replacement of the dome’s canvas this summer with a scheduled reopening in September 2025.
Cleaning work to prepare the site is currently underway. The shell change will be carried out as planned.
